Ogre Off Road U.S.A. is the brainchild of Dean Wood, who wanted to make the fun and enjoyment of night time off road riding easy and affordable. Rechargeable lighting units that require no wiring changes or expensive stator rewinds, just strap it on and go.
Dean brings his 50 years of experience in the motorcycle industry to Ogre Off Road USA, having worked for such off road racing legends as Malcom Smith, Al Baker, Larry Roeseler and Ty Davis, all Baja 1000 winners. Dean is a long time member of the legendary Checkers M.C., the winningest club in AMA history.
Ogre Off Road U.S.A. products are designed and approved by a Baja 1000 winning electrical engineer, one of the many expert test riders who put in thousands of test miles to help develop and produce these easy to use and affordable products.

Our team
Dean Wood has been riding and racing at night since 1973, he loves nothing more than to be at the races with his son, daughter in law, and four grandchildren.
Dean is the owner, operator and the head of R&D and Product Development.

Nate Parry is lead test racer for our R&D department, having won W.O.R.C.S championships and District 37 races overall. Nate is the proud husband and father to wife Ashley, and his children, Jaxon, Wyatt, Ben and Scarlett.

Jaxon Parry works in our production department and is also one of our class winning test riders. He goes to school full time and plays on the school football team.
